All invoices and payment reminders will be sent via direct text, email, or the tutoring with sruthi invoice system (text number and email listed below). This number is a business number and does not have affiliated Whatsapp or social media accounts, please do not respond to any payment requests made outside of the aforementioned means as they are fraudulent requests. tutoringwithsruthi is not liable for fraudulent payments made to third parties. Payment

  • All payments are due 1 week from the date of invoice (ex. an invoice sent 29.jun.2025 would be due 6.jul.2025) Payment due dates will be indicated on your invoice.

  • No-show and late cancellations not due to family or medical emergency will be billed as no show.

  • All late payments not under dispute or due to family or medical emergency will see the addition of a 10% late fee added each week till payment.

  • If student is under 18 parent name and email will be collected, even if student is self paying. Students under age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign this contract prior to first session even if student is self paying. Parent will be contacted if minor students do not pay within invoice due date.

  • All payments are to be made via invoicing system or via tutoringwithsruthi website.

Payment refund:

  • Payment will be refunded for medical cancellations, family emergencies, and session incompletion due to tutor unavailability.

Intellectual property:


All notes and documents provided by tutoring with sruthi are to not be distributed and sold to third parties w/o written permission.

Resolving disputes:

Desputes regarding payments must be sent within the invoice payment date. For case of family or medical emergency payment disputes must be sent within 2 weeks of payment due date.

Right to terminate:

This contract can be terminated upon completion of services and payment, or by approval from both parties.
