about me

Hello! My name is Sruthi, I am a STEM graduate and Clinincal Researcher with a passion for teaching and mentoring students. I have tutored/ taught for over 9 years, and began tutoring in High School as a Tutoring Leader at my Early College Program. I continued gaining experience tutoring as a College STEM TA/ Tutor, and a Freelance tutor. I believe in a concept driven approach to tutoring. Helping students gain confidence and improve scores by prioritizing a strong understanding of fundemental principles.

Along with my work in tutoring, I have worked in the STEM field for over 10 years in pre-clinincal medical research, healthcare analytics, and clinincal research. Throughout the past 10 years, I have worked as a mentor and supported highschool and college students to help them find opportunities. I organized a outreach program between Duke University and my highschool, and have worked with several students seeking research opportunities and internship experience.
